1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.walldesigner.online and the wall painting, texture design, wallpaper installation, waterproofing, and home décor services provided by Wall Designer Pvt. Ltd. ("Wall Designer," "we," "us," or "our"), a private limited company registered in India.

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services We Provide

Wall Designer provides the following professional services:

• Exterior Wall Painting
• Texture & Design Application
• Wallpaper Installation
• Waterproofing Solutions
• Wall Preparation & Repair

All services are subject to availability in your area. We currently serve 16+ cities across India (see Service Areas for the full list).

3. Booking Process

To book a service with Wall Designer:

1. Submit an Inquiry: Contact us via our website form, WhatsApp, phone, or email with your service requirements.
2. Free Consultation: We will schedule a free on-site inspection and consultation to understand the scope of work.
3. Quote & Approval: After inspection, we provide a detailed quote including scope, materials, labour, timeline, and total cost. You review and approve the quote.
4. Advance Payment: Upon approval, an advance payment is required to confirm the booking (see Payment Policy for details).
5. Service Execution: Our team executes the work as agreed, with regular updates and quality checks.
6. Final Inspection & Payment: After completion, a final inspection is conducted. Remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices mentioned on our website are indicative starting prices only. They do not represent final pricing.
• Final pricing is determined after an on-site inspection and consultation, based on the scope of work, wall area, material selection, property condition, and other project-specific factors.
• Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of labour and standard materials unless stated otherwise.
• Applicable taxes (GST at the prevailing rate) will be added to the quoted price.
• Payment terms are detailed in our Payment Policy.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your property, requirements, and contact details.
• Ensure access to the property at the scheduled date and time for consultation and service delivery.
• Clear or protect valuable items, electronics, and furnishings near the work area before the team arrives (our team will also take protective measures, but your cooperation is appreciated).
• Inform us of any known wall defects, leaks, dampness, electrical issues, or structural problems before work begins.
• Not interfere with or direct the service team on technical matters (any concerns should be raised with the project supervisor).
• Make payments as agreed in the quote and payment terms.

6. Service Quality & Warranty

• We are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project.
• Minor touch-ups identified during the final inspection will be completed before handover at no extra cost.
• If you notice any defect in workmanship within 7 days of completion, report it to us and we will rectify it at no additional charge.
• This does not cover damage caused by the customer, natural wear and tear, water seepage from external sources, structural movements, or force majeure events.
• Paint and material warranties are subject to the respective manufacturer's warranty terms. We will provide information about the materials used upon request.

7. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Key points:

• You may cancel a booking before work begins, subject to conditions outlined in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Once work has commenced, cancellation terms and applicable charges will depend on the stage of completion.
• Refund processing timelines and conditions are detailed in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Wall Designer's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use of property, loss of business, or projected profits.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing wall conditions (dampness, structural cracks, termite damage) that were not disclosed or discoverable during the initial inspection.
• Colour variations between samples/digital previews and the final painted result may occur due to lighting, wall texture, and paint batch differences. Such variations are not considered defects.
• Timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, material availability, property access issues).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, design, graphics, and code — is the property of Wall Designer Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Website Use

• Our website is provided "as is" for informational and service booking purposes.
• We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free from errors.
• You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, to submit false information, or to interfere with the website's operation.
• External links on our website are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement of the linked content.

12. Force Majeure

Wall Designer shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, lockdowns, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or extreme weather conditions.
