  • Provides a detailed quote: You receive a clear, written quote covering wall area, materials, labour, timeline, and total cost. The quote is broken down so you know exactly what you're paying for.

Once you approve the quote, we schedule the work start date and our team arrives on time, fully equipped. Here's what happens during execution:

  • Property Protection: We cover your furniture, floors, switches, and fixtures with drop sheets and protective coverings before any work begins.
  • Surface Preparation: Old paint is scraped (if needed), cracks are filled, walls are sanded smooth, and primer is applied. This step is critical for a long-lasting finish.
  • Paint / Finish Application: Our skilled painters apply the selected paint, texture, or wallpaper with precision — ensuring even coverage, clean edges, consistent colour, and a smooth professional finish.
  • Multiple Coats: We apply 2-3 coats as needed (with proper drying time between coats) to achieve the perfect depth of colour and coverage.
  • Clean Work Environment: Throughout the project, we maintain a clean workspace — minimising dust, cleaning up daily, and ensuring your home or office remains livable during the work.
  • Progress Updates: For multi-day projects, we keep you informed about progress, any issues discovered, and the expected completion date.

Timeline Note: Project duration depends on the scope of work, wall area, type of finish, and drying conditions. A typical room takes 2-3 days (including preparation). A full apartment (2-3 BHK) typically takes 5-10 days. We provide a specific timeline in your quote and keep you updated throughout.

Final Inspection & Handover

After the work is completed, we don't just pack up and leave. We conduct a thorough final review with you:

  • Walkthrough Inspection: We walk you through every painted surface, checking for any spots that need touch-ups, uneven areas, or missed edges.
  • Touch-Ups: If anything doesn't meet your satisfaction, we fix it right away — no arguments, no extra charges. Your satisfaction is what defines project completion for us.
  • Complete Cleanup: We remove all protective coverings, clean up any paint spots, dispose of waste materials, and leave your space spotless and ready to enjoy.
  • Maintenance Tips: We provide guidance on how to maintain your newly painted walls — cleaning tips, touch-up advice, and when to consider repainting.
  • Final Payment: You make the balance payment only after you are fully satisfied with the completed work.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The on-site consultation, wall assessment, and detailed quote are completely free with no obligation. You only pay when you approve the quote and we start working.

Do I need to provide the paint and materials?

No. We supply all materials — paints, putty, primer, sandpaper, brushes, rollers, and everything else needed. Material costs are included in your quote. If you have a specific paint brand or product preference, let us know and we will use it.

Do you move furniture?

For small and medium furniture, yes — we move items away from the walls and cover them with protective sheets. For very heavy items (large wardrobes, heavy beds), we ask that you arrange to move them before we arrive, or we can work around them.

What is the payment process?

We typically require an advance payment (as agreed in the quote) before work begins, with the balance due after completion and your satisfaction. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash. Full payment details are in our Payment Policy.

Can I cancel after booking?

Yes. If you need to cancel before work has started, there are no charges. If work has already begun, cancellation terms apply as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
