  • Phone Calls: For detailed discussions, consultation scheduling, and urgent matters. We call during business hours only (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 7 PM IST) unless you request otherwise.

3. When We Contact You

We will contact you only for legitimate, service-related purposes:

3.1 Service-Related Communication

  • Inquiry Response: After you submit an inquiry via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email, we will respond to discuss your requirements.
  • Consultation Scheduling: To arrange and confirm the date and time for your free on-site consultation.
  • Quote Delivery: To send you the detailed quote after the on-site inspection.
  • Booking Confirmation: To confirm your booking, scheduled start date, and team details after advance payment.
  • Project Updates: During work execution, to provide progress updates, address questions, or communicate any issues.
  • Completion & Feedback: After project completion, to confirm handover and request your feedback.
  • Payment Reminders: If a payment is pending or overdue, per the terms in our Payment Policy.

3.2 Follow-Up Communication

  • If you submitted an inquiry but did not respond to our follow-up, we may send up to 2 polite follow-up messages over a 7-day period.
  • If there is no response after 2 follow-ups, we will not contact you again unless you reach out to us.
  • For completed projects, we may reach out once within 30 days to check if everything is satisfactory (quality follow-up).

4. Response Times

We strive to respond as quickly as possible:

  • WhatsApp Inquiries: Within 1–4 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 7 PM IST). Messages received after hours are responded to the next business morning.
  • Phone Calls: We aim to answer calls during business hours. Missed calls are returned within 2–4 hours.
  • Email: Within 24 hours on business days.
  • Website Contact Form: Within 24 hours on business days.

Sundays & Public Holidays: Our office is closed on Sundays and major Indian public holidays. Inquiries received on these days will be responded to on the next business day.

5. Marketing & Promotional Messages

  • We do not send unsolicited marketing messages, spam, or promotional offers to people who have not contacted us.
  • If you have previously used our services or submitted an inquiry, we may occasionally share relevant service updates or seasonal offers — but only via WhatsApp or email, and no more than once per month.
  • Every promotional message will include a clear option to opt out.
  • If you opt out, we will remove you from our promotional list within 48 hours and will not send further marketing messages.
  • Opting out of promotional messages does not affect service-related communications for active bookings.

6. Opt-Out & Communication Preferences

You have full control over how we communicate with you:

  • To stop all promotional messages: Reply "STOP" to any WhatsApp promotional message, or email us at chat@walldesigner.online with the subject "Unsubscribe."
  • To change your preferred channel: Let us know if you prefer WhatsApp only, phone only, or email only — we will update your preferences.
  • To set preferred contact hours: If you prefer calls/messages only at specific times, inform us and we will respect your schedule.
  • To stop all communication: If you have no active booking and want us to stop all contact, email us with "Delete My Data" as the subject. We will cease communication and delete your contact information per our Privacy Policy.

7. Recording & Records

  • We may keep records of WhatsApp conversations, emails, and important phone call notes for service quality, dispute resolution, and training purposes.
  • Phone calls are not recorded unless explicitly stated at the beginning of the call.
  • Communication records are retained per the data retention periods in our Privacy Policy.

If you feel that our communication has been excessive, irrelevant, or unprofessional, we sincerely apologise and want to fix it. Please contact us:
