("Wall Designer," "we," "us," or "our") delivers wall painting, texture design, wallpaper installation, waterproofing, and home décor services. By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms described in this policy alongside our Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Offered

Wall Designer provides the following professional services:

  • Interior Wall Painting: Full room painting, accent walls, ceiling painting, door and window frame painting.
  • Exterior Wall Painting: Building facade, boundary walls, balcony, terrace, and weather-resistant coating.
  • Texture & Design: Textured finishes, stucco, metallic effects, ombré/gradient walls, geometric and stencil designs.
  • Wallpaper Installation: Measuring, surface preparation, adhesive application, wallpaper fitting, trimming, and pattern alignment.
  • Waterproofing: Interior and exterior waterproof coatings, terrace waterproofing, bathroom waterproofing, and seepage treatment.
  • Wall Preparation & Repair: Crack filling, putty application, sanding, primer coating, old paint removal, and surface levelling.

3. Service Coverage

We currently serve 16+ cities across India. Service availability may vary by specific locality. For the complete list of cities and areas we cover, visit Service Areas.

For locations on the outskirts of listed cities or in new development areas, additional travel charges may apply. We will confirm this during the consultation stage.

4. Booking & Consultation Process

  1. Inquiry Submission: You contact us via the website form, WhatsApp (+91 7004009000), phone, or email (chat@walldesigner.online) with your requirements.
  2. Initial Discussion: Our team contacts you within 24 hours (during business hours) to understand your needs, property type, location, and preferred timeline.
  3. Free On-Site Consultation: We schedule a free visit to your property to inspect the walls, measure the area, assess the condition, discuss colour/material options, and understand your vision.
  4. Detailed Quote: Within 24–48 hours after the consultation, we provide a written quote including: scope of work, materials to be used, number of coats, wall preparation details, labour cost, material cost, applicable taxes, estimated timeline, and total amount.
  5. Quote Approval & Advance: You review the quote and approve it. An advance payment is required to confirm the booking (see Payment Policy).
  6. Scheduling: We schedule the work start date based on mutual availability. You receive a confirmation with the date, expected duration, and team details.

Free Consultation: The on-site consultation and quote are always free with no obligation. If you decide not to proceed after receiving the quote, there is no charge.

5. Service Execution Standards

Our team follows these standards during service delivery:

5.1 Before Starting

  • Our team arrives at the scheduled time. If there is any delay, we inform you in advance.
  • Furniture, fixtures, and flooring near the work area are covered with protective sheets and masking tape.
  • Electrical switchboards and fittings are masked to prevent paint splashes.
  • Wall surface is cleaned and prepared according to the quoted scope (sanding, putty, primer as applicable).

5.2 During Execution

  • Work is carried out as per the approved quote — scope, materials, colours, and number of coats.
  • Any changes to the scope (additional rooms, different colour, extra coats) must be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding. Additional charges may apply for scope changes.
  • A project supervisor oversees the work and is your point of contact for updates and questions.
  • The work area is cleaned daily at the end of each working session.

5.3 After Completion

  • A final walkthrough and inspection is conducted with you to review the completed work.
  • Any minor touch-ups or corrections identified during the walkthrough are completed immediately or within 24 hours.
  • All protective coverings are removed. The area is cleaned and returned to a usable state.
  • Leftover materials and waste are disposed of responsibly by our team.

6. Materials & Quality

  • We use branded, quality-tested paints, primers, putty, and materials from reputable manufacturers.
  • The specific brands and product lines will be mentioned in the quote. If you have a preference for a particular brand, let us know during the consultation.
  • We do not use diluted, expired, or substandard materials.
  • Material receipts and details can be provided upon request.

7. Timelines

  • Estimated timelines are provided in the quote based on the scope of work.
  • Timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, unexpected wall conditions, material availability, or customer-requested changes.
  • We will communicate any delays promptly and provide a revised timeline.
  • Working hours are typically 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Extended hours can be arranged with prior discussion.

8. Quality Guarantee

  • If you notice any workmanship defect within 7 days of project completion, report it to us and we will fix it at no extra charge.
  • This covers peeling, uneven application, missed spots, and visible brush/roller marks that are our responsibility.
  • This does not cover: damage caused by the customer, nail holes, furniture scratches, water seepage from plumbing/structural issues, colour fading from extended sunlight exposure, or normal wear and tear.

9. Service Exclusions

Our services do not include:

  • Structural repairs (walls, beams, columns) — consult a civil engineer
  • Plumbing or electrical work
  • Pest or termite treatment
  • Roof or terrace structural waterproofing (we provide surface-level waterproof coatings only)
  • Furniture painting, wood polishing, or metal painting (unless specifically quoted)
  • Moving heavy furniture — we request that large furniture be moved away from walls before our team arrives

10. Customer Cooperation

For smooth service delivery, we appreciate your cooperation with:

  • Providing access to the property at the scheduled time
  • Ensuring water and electricity are available at the work site
  • Moving small personal items, electronics, and valuables away from the work area
  • Informing us of any pets, allergies, or access restrictions
  • Being available (or having a representative available) for decisions during the project
